Helping You Feel Better in Your Body

I joined SWL Male Grooming with a simple goal: to help people feel more comfortable in their bodies through professional, holistic massage therapy.

Every treatment is tailored to support muscular relaxation, improve mobility, relieve tension, and promote a lasting sense of calm and wellbeing. Whether you’re looking to unwind after a busy week, recover from physical activity, or address areas of muscular tightness, my aim is to help you leave feeling better than when you arrived.

My Story

I am currently completing the first year of the Level 6 Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy Programme at the internationally renowned Jing Institute of Advanced Massage Training in Brighton.

My studies are expanding my knowledge of human anatomy, pain science and evidence-informed treatment approaches for a wide range of common musculoskeletal conditions.

I’ve been practising massage therapy for over two years and continue to be inspired by the remarkable difference skilled, hands-on treatment can make. Whether the goal is easing persistent tension, supporting recovery after physical activity or simply taking time to relax, I believe massage has the power to improve both physical and mental wellbeing.

My Qualifications

Professionally trained in:

  • Swedish Massage
  • Deep Tissue Massage
  • Myofascial Release
  • Trigger Point Therapy

Qualifications include:

✔ Diploma in Deep Tissue Massage – Jing Institute of Advanced Massage Training

✔ Level 6 Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy – Year 1 (currently studying)

My Approach

Every appointment begins with a conversation.

After welcoming you to the studio, I’ll review the information you’ve provided before your session, check for any changes and discuss what you’d like to achieve from your treatment. This allows every massage to be tailored specifically to your individual needs.

For Swedish massage, I typically use massage oil and long, flowing strokes to encourage deep relaxation and improve circulation. For deep tissue and more targeted treatments, I generally use massage wax, providing greater control for slower, more focused work on areas of tension.

Throughout the treatment, I continually assess how your muscles and soft tissues respond, adapting my techniques as your body relaxes. My aim is for every client to leave feeling listened to, cared for and moving with greater ease.

Outside the Treatment Room

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me playing tennis or trail running in the South Downs.

Like many active people, I’ve experienced my share of injuries and muscular aches, giving me a first-hand appreciation of how effective massage can be in easing pain, supporting recovery and helping us get back to doing the activities we enjoy.

I’m passionate about continually developing my knowledge and clinical skills to ensure every client receives safe, effective and evidence-informed treatments in a welcoming and professional environment.
