Working at SWL Male Grooming

SWL Male Grooming is an award-winning, appointment-only business specialising in premium male grooming, massage and self-care treatments. Our focus is on providing clients with a private, professional and confident experience from the moment they arrive.

As a Massage Therapist, you will initially provide Swedish, deep-tissue and sports massage treatments, adapting each appointment to the client’s individual needs and consultation. You will work in a clean, calm and discreet setting, with clear standards around client care, consent, hygiene and treatment notes.

This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working independently while still being part of a supportive and growing brand. You will be expected to create a welcoming experience for every client, whether they are new to massage or a regular customer.

We are currently based in Worthing, with future opportunities planned in Brighton. Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends, is desirable.
